Information and Terms on the Right of Withdrawal

• The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for natural persons, therefore excluding purchases made by resellers or entities purchasing for resale to third parties in any capacity.
• The right of withdrawal applies to any product purchased within 14 days of delivery.
• Shipping costs will not be charged to the customer only for damaged or defective products.
• Upon arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be inspected to assess any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned item is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal). Therefore, we strongly recommend careful packaging, such as using the original packaging.
• To exercise this right, it is necessary to send a communication expressing the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal.
