About this product:
The sarong is a traditional Indonesian garment made from a long strip of cotton, tied at the waist to create a fluid, enveloping silhouette. The overlapping layers of fabric form an elegant wrap effect that moves naturally down to the ankles.
The chrysanthemum, a symbol of Japan long associated with royalty and elegance, is the protagonist of this design dedicated to Naoshima, the island in the Seto Inland Sea renowned as a hub of contemporary art. Handcrafted in India using screen-printing techniques, the motif is available in a wide range of colour combinations: from vibrant acid tones of green and lemon, to warmer peach hues, as well as timeless ivory and an ethereal white-on-white.
30° machine wash. Do not soak.
